CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESE CAKE 
2 rolls refrigerated chocolate chip cookies
2 boxes cream cheese (8 oz. each)
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Use 1 roll and slice thin on bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Fill in all rolls with remainder of first roll. Pat down with fingers. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread on top of cookies, then slice second roll on top of cream cheese mixture, cover as much as possible. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into squares when cool. Keep refrigerated.
