TACO SALAD 
1 can dark red kidney beans or 1 can ranch style beans, drained
9 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1 head lettuce
1 (6-8 oz.) pkg. Fritos, crushed
1 bottle Catalina dressing

Combine beans with onions and marinate in dressing for a few hours or overnight. Add lettuce in bite size pieces, add chips and toss and serve.
