MINESTRONE SOUP 
2 1/2 c. beef broth or 4 beef cubes
2 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
1 1/2 c. finely sliced carrots
1 1/2 c. finely sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Pepper to taste
1/8 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 (15 oz.) cans mini sized cheese ravioli and meatballs in tomato sauce

If you can't find it with meatballs, make your own tiny meatballs next time you make spaghetti meatballs and freeze them until you make this soup.

Bring broth and water to boil in 3 quart pan add frozen beans and peas, celery, carrots, onion, parsley, pepper, basil, and oregano. Cover and simmer 15 minutes until vegetables are tender but crisp. Add the ravioli and simmer 15 minutes more. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
