CINNAMON NUT COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. brown sugar (packed)
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar (white, granulated)
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together butter, granulated sugar, eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Mix flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Then add to creamed mixture and beat medium speed for 2 minutes.

In an angel food pan (rinsed in cold water) put 1/2 of the batter and sprinkle 1/2 of the nut mixture (nuts, cinnamon and brown sugar) over batter. Add remainder of batter and then remainder of nut mixture over the top of that. Bake 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Cool well before removing from pan.
