1 jelly roll (best if stale) 1 pkg. raspberry Jello 1 can pears 2 pkgs. vanilla pudding Coconut topping In large bowl, place sliced cake on bottom. Pour in hot raspberry Jello. Let seep into cake. Refrigerate until set. Drain pears thoroughly. Place layer on top of Jello cake. Let your vanilla pudding be cool before spooning on pears. Top with coconut. |
