3 boned chicken breasts
2 beaten eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (4 oz.) can of mushrooms
1/2 lb. Muenster cheese
1 c. of bouillon broth
Bread crumbs

Mix egg mix with salt and pepper. Marinate chicken in mix for 4 hours. Brown chicken in butter after dipping in bread crumbs. Place in baking dish. Layer mushrooms on top. Sprinkle grated cheese over top. Add bouillon broth.

Bake 1 hour covered in 300 degree oven. Remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer. Serves 4.
