DILLED GARDEN DIP 
1 1/2 c. no fat cottage cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. shredded carrot
1 tbsp. sliced green onions
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed (1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh dill, if available)
1/2 tsp. sugar
Dash of pepper

In blender, combine cottage cheese and lemon juice, blend 3 to 5 minutes or until smooth.

Spoon into bowl, stir in remaining ingredients.

Serve with raw vegetable dippers, or tortilla chips.
