CHICKEN MUSHROOM SOUP 
1 sm. cut up fryer or several breasts
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 c. sour cream

Roll chicken in flour, salt and pepper. Put in baking dish. Pour melted butter over chicken. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Pour warm mixture of sour cream, milk and mushroom soup over chicken. Return to oven. Cook 30 minutes more. Serve with rice or noodles.
