JALAPENO DIP 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 pt. Miracle Whip
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 med. onion (or less, according to taste)
1-2 jalapeno peppers
1/3 c. sugar

Blend onion and peppers with lemon juice in blender. Soften cheese in microwave enough to be able to mix with electric mixer. Add other ingredients. Best if refrigerated overnight. Keeps 2 weeks.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
