MEATBALL STEW 
1 lb. ground lean beef
1/2 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 egg
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. oil
1 can tomato bisque
2 med. carrots, sliced
1 can water
1/2 c. cut green beans
1 c. celery, cut in 1-inch chunks

Mix beef, garlic, crumbs, egg and onion soup mix. Shape into meatballs and brown in oil in deep skillet. Pour off any excess oil. Pour tomato bisque soup and water into skillet with meatballs. Add carrots, green beans and celery and simmer until vegetables are tender. Add more water, if necessary. Serves 4.
