GRAPEFRUIT PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. water
3 heaping tbsp. cornstarch
Pinch of salt
1 (3 oz.) box Strawberry Jello
2 med. grapefruit

Cook first 4 ingredients until clear and thick; add Jello. Stir until mixture begins to set. Take grapefruit, cut away all tissue, put in strainer to drain and cut in small pieces, add to filling. Pour into baked pie shell. Serve wit whipped cream or ice cream; fresh strawberries may be added. Real good.
