COFFEE FRAPPE 
1.25 gal. (5 qtsp.) vanilla ice cream
1 pt. whipping cream
1 1/2 oz. instant coffee, mixed with 4 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
cinnamon to taste

Prepare instant coffee and let chill. Add the sugar to the coffee. Let ice cream begin to soften.

In a punch bowl, dip ice cream and begin to mash with a potato masher. Pour in whipping cream and coffee mixture. Mix and stir. Some of the ice cream will be lumpy, that is okay. Sprinkle the cinnamon all around the top.
