SHRIMP IN GARLIC BUTTER 
12 oz. fresh or frozen peeled and deveined shrimp
2 tbsp. butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tbsp. dry sherry

Thaw shrimp if frozen. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and garlic. Cook, stirring frequently, for 1-3 minutes or until shrimp turns pink. Stir in parsley and sherry. Serve over your favorite pasta. Makes 4 servings.
