VEGETABLE SALAD MOLD 
1 1/2 c. chopped stewed tomatoes
2 (3 oz.) pkg. or 1 lg. lemon Jello

Bring tomatoes to the boil, then stir in Jello, thoroughly mix. Chill tomatoes and Jello, mix until thick but not set. Stir occasionally.

Meanwhile, chop and dice: 1 c. celery 1 c. green pepper 1/2 c. onions

Add: 1 tbsp. horseradish or hot pepper sauce 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. sour cream or 1 c. mayonnaise

Fold all together. Put in mold or shallow bowl. Chill several hours. Serves 8-10.
