SPAGHETTI WITH CRABMEAT 
2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans crab meat or 1 lb. frozen Alaskan King crab or 1 1/2 lbs. sea legs
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. butter
4 cloves garlic
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 med. tomatoes, diced
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. spaghetti
1 box Italian or Parmesan flavored croutons

Drain or defrost and slice crab meat or sea legs. Heat oil and butter. Add chopped garlic and saute gently. Add crab, green onions, tomatoes, parsley, lemon juice, Italian seasoning and salt. Heat gently 8 to 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to box directions. Drain and toss gently with crab mixture and 1 cup croutons. Serve and pass extra croutons and Parmesan cheese. Serve with salad and hot Italian bread. Serves 4 people.
