STIR-FRY WITH BEEF 
1-1 1/2 lbs. beef chunks
1 green pepper, sliced into strips
1/2 onion, sliced
3 carrots, cut into slices
1 sm. head cauliflower
1 sm. bunch broccoli
1 can water chestnuts
1 can bamboo shoots
Soy sauce
Worcestershire sauce
Oil
Rice - white

In electric skillet or wok - put oil in pan. Cook beef, green peppers, and onions until browned. Add carrots, broccoli and cauliflower. Cook until softened, mixing well. Pour soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce on mixture, keeping mixture moist. Add water chestnuts, bamboo shoots and simmer until all is blended well. Serve over white rice. Makes 3-4 servings.

Use soy sauce as much as desired for flavoring. Also a stir-fry sauce an be used for flavoring. Beef can be substituted with chicken or shrimp.
