PINE NUT COOKIES 
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 to 1/2 c. flour
2 egg whites, whipped
1/2 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. almond paste
Pine nuts for topping

Mix well first 5 ingredients. Place teaspoonfuls onto greased pan. Flatten slightly and sprinkle with pine nuts. Lightly press nuts into batter. Batter should press down to about 2 1/2 inch diameter and not touch each other. Bake in preheated 300 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
