FORGOTTEN CHICKEN | |
3/4 c. raw white rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup 2 cans water 1 chicken, cut up (skinned is better) 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup (1 env.) Grease bottom of 9x13 inch pan or small roaster. Place raw rice in pan, then lay raw chicken pieces on rice. Sprinkle the dry onion soup on top. Mix soups and water together, heat and pour over chicken. Cover with foil and bake for about 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. |
