EASY LEMON BARS 
1 lemon pudding cake mix
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 eggs

Mix cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup. Pat remaining in 9 x 13 ungreased pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Beat cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg until smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs and bake 15 minutes. Cool.
