1 qt. cucumbers (diced) 1 qt. string beans 1 qt. lima beans 1 qt. corn 1 pt. celery 1 pt. green peppers 1 pt. red peppers 1 c. sm. onions 1 tbsp. dry mustard 2 c. sugar 1 qt. vinegar Chop vegetables the desired size and cook separately. Cook until tender, not soft. Drain cooked vegetables and mix together. Combine sugar, mustard and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Add mixed vegetables to hot liquid and bring to boiling point. Put into hot jars and seal. |
