SUGAR SAVER BRAN MUFFINS 
1 c. All-Bran, Bran Buds or bran flakes
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. molasses
1 egg
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. flour (try whole wheat flour for variation)
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins or nuts

Combine first 5 ingredients. Combine next 5 and add to wet, stirring just enough to blend. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Makes 12-14 muffins.
