JALAPENO DIP 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lg. chopped green pepper
1 lg. chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes (with green chilies)
1 can jalapeno relish (Old El Paso)
2 lbs. box Velveeta cheese

Saute hamburger and drain off all fat. Saute sausage and drain off all fat. Saute onion in bacon fat. Add green peppers, Rotel tomatoes, relish, and meat. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes; add 2 pounds box Velveeta cheese and heat until melted.

Note: This mixture will freeze beautifully for use later on!
