CHOCOLATE CARAMEL PECAN SQUARES 
2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. pecan halves
1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Combine first 3 ingredients. Beat at low mixer speed until particles are fine. Press into ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle pecans over crumb mixture.

Combine butter and brown sugar. Cook on medium, stirring constantly until mixture boils. Boil 1/2 to 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour over pecans and crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes.

Remove and sprinkle evenly with chocolate chips. When they are slightly melted, swirl chocolate chips for marbled effect. Cool completely and cut into 3 dozen bars.
