JOYCE DAY'S FRUIT AND CAKE
CONCOCTION
 
1 homemade angel food cake (2 store cakes)
1 qt. strawberries (frozen-partially thawed)
2 cans crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1 pkg. strawberry Jello (mixed and soft set)
1 pkg. instant banana pudding (mixed per pkg. direction)
4 bananas
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1/2 c. sweetened coconut
1/2 c. nuts

Use a large punch bowl. Break the cake into pieces. Cover the pieces with the strawberries and the pineapple. Add the Jello and let it stand for 10 minutes. Add the pudding. Add the bananas, marshmallows and the Cool Whip. Sprinkle the coconut and nuts on top and refrigerate until ready to eat.
