KOREAN SALAD 
Bag of fresh spinach, can use half lettuce
1 c. bean sprouts
1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
Baco's or crumbled bacon
Fresh sliced mushrooms

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
Salt
1/3 c. catsup
1/2 c. sugar

Shake and mix 6 hours before serving. Toss above ingredients with dressing just before serving.
