1 can LeSueur green peas
1 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. roux
4 yellow squash

Parboil squash, cut top off and scoop seeds out. In pat make 1 tablespoon of roux. Add peas, salt and pepper to taste. Add 1 tablespoon of catsup. Fill squash cavities with peas and bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs.
