2 jars or bags dried beef 10 fresh green onions 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 3 tsp. Accent 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce If dried beef is too salty, it can be rinsed and dried off. Chop both the white and green part of the onion very fine. Chop each bag of the dried beef in either a blender or food processor until very fine. Keep each bag separate. Mix the onions, cheese, Accent, Worcestershire sauce and 1 bag of the dried beef together until well mixed. Form into a ball and roll in remaining dried beef. Wrap in saran wrap. Can be made a week ahead. When ready to serve, roll again in the chipped beef. Keep refrigerated. |
