IMPOSSIBLE MEXICAN PIE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 env. taco seasoning
1 sm. can whole chilies
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz.)
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
Dash Tabasco sauce

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Brown ground beef and onion in skillet and drain. Stir in seasoning. Spread into greased 10 inch pie plate to make crust. Sprinkle with chili and cheese. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, in blender on high speed or 1 minute with hand beater.

Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife comes out clean, 25-30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting and serving. Makes 6-8 servings.
