SESAME SHRIMP AND ASPARAGUS 
1 1/2 lbs. fresh asparagus
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/3 c. salad oil
2 sm. onions, sliced
1 1/2 lbs. shelled and deveined large shrimp
4 tsp. soy sauce
1 1/4 tsp. salt

30 minutes before serving: cut asparagus into 2 inch pieces. In skillet toast sesame seeds until golden, stirring and shaking occasionally. Remove sesame seed to small bowl. Cook asparagus, onions and shrimp in hot oil until shrimp are pink and vegetables are tender and crisp. Stir in sesame seeds, soy sauce and salt. Serves 6.
