STRAWBERRY MAPLE CHEESE PIE 
10" pie shell, baked
4 oz. softened cream cheese
3 tbsp. maple syrup
1/2 c. sour cream
4 c. halved fresh strawberries

Blend cheese with syrup. Stir in sour cream. Pour into cooled pie shell. Cover filling with waxed paper and chill for 3 hours. Drizzle strawberries generously with syrup. Chill. Top cheese filling with strawberries.
