CELERY AND PEPPER RELISH 
6 stalks celery, washed & chopped
2 green peppers, washed chopped, seeds & fiber discarded
1 canned pimento, drained & chopped fine
2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 c. tiny pickled onions
1/2 tsp. oregano
Durkee's mustard dressing

The success of this relish depends on very fine chopping of celery and peppers. Combine all ingredients add the special dressing or your favorite mustard sauce to moisten and blend. Makes 3 1/2-4 cups. Delicious with baked or scalloped oysters or meat pie.
