NACHO DIP 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
1/2 c. water
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper

Brown beef in skillet until done. Cut cheese into chunks. Add cheese and remaining ingredients to meat. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until cheese is melted. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
