4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
1 pkg. chip beef

Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour to milk and mix well. Add mixture to butter. Stir until thickens. Tear chip beef into pieces and put in sauce. Simmer with cover on for awhile. Pour on toast.
