3 pkg. Jello - lemon or lime
5 c. water
1 lg. cream cheese
1 bottle cherries
2 c. chopped nuts
1 jar melted marshmallows
1 can fruit cocktail (drained)

Mix Jello and water. Let stand to congeal. Mix marshmallows and cream cheese thoroughly. Whip in Jello. Add rest of ingredients and chill thoroughly.
