1 sm. box corn muffin mix
1/2 stick butter
3 eggs, beaten
3 c. boiling water
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Pour boiling water into meal and mix. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 9x9-inch dish and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
