3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. cornmeal
2 tbsp. onion juice (I never use)
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. mustard

Mix together, then dip the hot dogs in batter. Fry in hot grease.
