BANANA SPLIT SALAD | |
2 c. graham crackers, crushed 4 tbsp. melted butter 1 stick butter 2 eggs 2 c. powdered sugar 2 lb. bananas 1 lg. can crushed pineapples, drained 2 pkg. Dream Whip or 1 lg. container Cool Whip Combine crushed graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press in 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat for 10 minutes butter, eggs and powdered sugar. Spread over crust. Slice bananas and place on top of egg mixture. Place a layer of pineapples over the bananas. Spread with Cool Whip. Garnish with nuts if desired. |
