PEANUT BUTTER CRISSCROSS COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream butter, sugars, vanilla and add egg. Sift dry ingredients. Blend in. Roll in little balls. Roll in sugar. Make crisscross. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
