CREAM OF CAULIFLOWER SOUP 
1 med. cauliflower, cut into flowerettes
1 stalk celery, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 qt. chicken or turkey broth
1 c. light cream or half and half
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of nutmeg
Mushrooms, sliced & cleaned

Blend first 6 ingredients in large pot. Cook 1 hour over low flame. Put mixture through blender and puree cup by cup carefully!! Return to pot, add cream, Worcestershire sauce and mushrooms. Heat 5 or 10 minutes. Sprinkle with nutmeg on each person's dish. 6 servings.
