STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE 
1 angel food cake
2 reg. pkgs. (3 oz.) strawberry Jello
2 pts. strawberries (frozen, 2 pkgs.)
3 c. boiling water in addition to juice from berries

1. Stir Jello, fruit and water together.

2. Break angel food cake into small pieces, lining bottom of pan, use 3/4 of round cake.

3. Pour strawberry mixture over torn cake. Stir slightly, congealed.

4. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip and more strawberries if desired.
