AUNT THELMA'S LIVER DUMPLINGS 
1 lb. liver
1/2 lb. suet
1 lg. onion
Salt and pepper
Sm. bunch parsley
1 egg
1 c. flour

Grind liver, suet, onion and parsley. Mix, add 1 egg, flour, salt and pepper. Stir well. Drop from teaspoon in soup stock. Boil 20 minutes.
