SHRIMP SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can shrimp
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 tbsp. green pepper, chopped fine
3 c. celery, chopped fine
1 c. chopped walnuts

Mix Jello according to package. Let jell partially. Add next 5 ingredients, blend well. Add remaining ingredients. Jell for several hours. Serve on lettuce. Serves 6 to 8.
