BACON POTATO SALAD 
8 large potatoes
1 medium onion
1/2 cup vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1 lb bacon

Boil whole potatoes until soft (do not let them become overcooked).

Cut bacon into small pieces and fry. When bacon is almost done, add onions to caramelize. Add vinegar and sugar when onions are done caramelizing.

Remove skins from potatoes and cube. Mix all together.
