EASY CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
1/2 c. chopped green onion
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
Salt and pepper
1 (13 oz.) can chicken broth
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
10 oz. cooked spaghetti

Saute green onion in butter. Add 1/4 cup flour (sometimes easier if you mix a little water with the flour first). Add salt and pepper to taste. Keep over low heat and add remaining ingredients except spaghetti. Heat thoroughly and serve immediately over spaghetti noodles. Serve 3 to 4 people.
