TACO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco mix
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
3 c. corkscrew macaroni, cooked and drained (8 oz.)
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1/2 c. sour cream

Brown ground beef and drain. Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce, and green pepper. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Combine cooked macaroni, 1/2 cup cheese and sour cream; place on bottom of 6 x 19 inch baking dish. Top with meat mixture and remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
