MINTS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
3 sm. capfuls wintergreen flavoring
Food coloring
1 (2 lb.) sack powdered sugar

Mix thoroughly. It will look like pie dough. (If sticky, add a little more XXXX sugar.) Roll into ball the size of a marble; roll in white sugar. Place in mold. (Can dip mold in sugar first and shake out.) Shape and unmold at once on wax paper. These freeze well.

For chocolate, add 4 tablespoons cocoa and 2 teaspoons vanilla instead of the other flavors.

Mint molds may be purchased at any craft or kitchen store. Serves 180.
