BRUNSWICK STEW 
4 lb. chicken, boiled, deboned, cut into small pieces
1 1/2 lb. lean hamburger
1 lb. salt pork or bacon, cut into small pieces
5 cans tomatoes
3 cans cream corn
3 cans garden peas
3 cans lima beans
1 lg. bottle ketchup
9 lb. Irish potatoes, mashed
2 tbsp. salt and Tabasco sauce to taste
Approximately 1/4 c. sugar

Put all ingredients (except sugar, cream corn and mashed potatoes) into large pot and cook for 5 or 6 hours, on low heat; add cream corn, sugar and mashed potatoes and cook until thick, stirring frequently. Yield: approximately 3 gallons.
