PEANUT BUTTER BARS 
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. flour
1 pkg. chocolate chips
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oatmeal

FROSTING:

1 c. powdered sugar
4 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. peanut butter

Cream butter, sugars, eggs, peanut butter, and vanilla. Add salt, soda, and flour. Fold in oatmeal. Spread on greased cookie sheet. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees in 11x16 (sheet cake) pan. Sprinkle 16 oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips over the top when melted. Spread evenly over top. Cool.

Mix powdered sugar, peanut butter, and milk; frost.
