CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
4 oz. bar German Sweet Chocolate
6 oz. chocolate chips

Grate chocolate bar, reserving 1/3 for top of cake. The rest goes into cake. Mix all ingredients thoroughly, except chocolate chips. Stir in last. Pour mixture into greased and floured tube pan. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Check with toothpick to see if done. Let cake set few minutes then remove from pan. Sprinkle reserved chocolate on top of cake while still warm. When cool, sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
