BUCKWHEAT PANCAKES 
1/2 c. buckwheat flour
1/6 c. wheat germ
1/6 c. bran
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter

Mix flour, wheat germ, bran and baking powder. Beat egg with milk, combine mixtures together, stirring only enough to blend. Add 2 tablespoons melted butter. Butter griddle. Pour out pancakes 6-inches in diameter. When brown, flip over. Serve immediately.
